The High Table – Refund Policy

Refund Process:

  • If you receive a damaged product, please take a picture of the package and the damaged item and email us on info@thehightable.net along with your order number. 
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund via the bank details provided by you.

  • The inspection and refund process may take 4-5 working days.

  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
